Darjeeling First Flush teas are less oxidized during processing and the liquor appears more greenish in color than a typical black tea. The liquor of the tea is light and has a fresh brisk floral flavor. The tea is loaded with polyphenols which function as a powerful antioxidant, thus keeping you in good health. Known as the “Champagne of Teas”, Darjeeling tea has a unique flavour and taste owing to its geographical region and natural climate, not found elsewhere in the world.
